DESIGN:
  • All components comply with current British standards and CE marking requirements.
  • A minimum safety factor of 2.5 based on ultimate tensile strength.
  • Arm deflection is limited to 1/180th of the length.
  • Maximum weld stress is capped at 115N/mm².
  • Upright deflection is restricted to either 1/120th of the height or 50mm, whichever is smaller.
